What do I keep in my cabinet / refrigerator at all times?
These are the brands I use and a link to their website or to accompanying sites to show GF safety in the products. These links should help if you have any questions about these items. These products are commercially available in almost every grocery store so no need to find a specialty shop.
This list will get updated as products change or I find a better brand to use.
Please note, that although these work for me, you may find that a different brand works for you. Always, always, always use what you are comfortable with!
Anything with an asterix * next to it has a corresponding email from the manufacturer at the bottom of the list to help clarify gluten free status.
