Wow, my first blog post! I have been thinking about writing a blog about how easy gluten free cooking and baking can be for a long time, but I never had the time. The recent covid 19 quarantine, plus being laid off gave me the kick in the pants I needed to get started.
When I had to start eating gluten free it was hard. Like really hard. Almost too hard. I used to think that everyone has to go through all this pain and effort to “make it work”, and that I would never eat a blueberry muffin that tasted good again. In reality, it really didn’t have to be so confusing and so hard. If I knew then what I know now, my life and the transition to a gluten free world would have been much easier, and much tastier.
So, what is this blog about? Simply enough, this blog is for the GF newbies to learn what to do and how to do it without losing your mind.
