Sprinkle Spoons, Sprinkle Spoons, Sprinkle Spoons!

I just love saying those words together. I knew I wanted to add some character to the ice cream spoons for our Ice Cream Party and figured you can’t go wrong with sprinkles.

At first I used tacky glue to add the sprinkles and it worked perfectly! But then I thought, if I were 2 years old and saw sprinkles, I’d probably try to eat them, so that’s why I made them edible. The candy melts worked so well! They dry really quickly and hold the sprinkles surprisingly well. This is literally the easiest DIY and it definitely won’t be the last time I use sprinkles to decorate flatware.

I’m a stay at home mum, and an aspiring photographer. I love taking care of my home and my family, and I also adore photography. Apart from being a mummy (/nurse/teacher/confidant am I right?), I also write on this blog full time, and I’m working towards opening a photo studio (fingers crossed!)
