Materials Needed:
- White cardstock (to print your Olympic party hats – free printable)
- Scissors
- Craft knife/blade (to cut the line in the hat)
- Hole punch
- Elastic cord
- Gold cardstock (for the Olympic rings)
*I used a cutting machine to make the Olympic rings but you could also use 2 different size circle punches. Makes life a little easier than cutting by hand.
**Scale the hats to whatever size you prefer. I made my party hats a little smaller so they were the perfect toddler size!
