Healthy Pancakes!

Yes, you read right! HEALTHY pancakes!

Every Sunday I like preparing a ‘special’ breakfast. Pancakes are my absolute favourite! But pancakes can sometimes make me feel bloated and I get unexpected hunger a few hours after eating them!
